ÉTUDE DE LA RÉGULATION DE L'ACTIVATION DE LA NADPH OXYDASE: PHOSPHORYLATION DE LA GP91PHOX/NOX2 DANS LES POLYNUCLÉAIRES NEUTROPHILES HUMAINS (Omn.Univ.Europ.)
L'activation du complexe "NADPH oxydase" est régulée par des réactions de phosphorylation/déphosphorylation. Le but de ce travail est d'étudier cette régulation dans les neutrophiles en analysant la phosphorylation de NOX2. Nos résultats montrent que: 1) NOX2 est phosphorylée dans les neutrophiles humains et suggèrent que la PKC est impliquée dans ce processus pour stimuler son activité enzymatique et l'assemblage du complexe; 2)la PKA inhibe les fonctions de NOX2; Ainsi ces voies pourraient réguler la production des Formes Réactives de l'Oxygène "FRO" par les neutrophiles au niveau des sites inflammatoires.
