My wife has health issues as well and we apparently cannot agree on what to eat – healthy or otherwise. I say all this because our trips to the super market were always a dragged out battle of what to buy, how I hate to spend too much time at the store and how much we spend. Then my oldest daughter showed us, her parents, how to use a meal planner in order to save time, money and grief. I personally fell in love with the idea but since I write horribly and in large print, regular planners did not work well for me. So, I created this simple planner which has lots of space to write on for people just like me. I hope you enjoy and please do tell others about this simple helpful book.
